Data profiling tutorial - Data Quality Pro

Through the LinkedIn Data & Text Analytics Professionals group, I have discovered a seemingly over-attractive tutorial on Data Profiling, entitled "Data Profiling for Beginners". Probably with an big business bias (well, that is what the market demands, sir), it allows to get a feeling of the first and most risky step in every data mining process, that is the assesment of the quality of the available data.

According to the post, the tutorial includes:

• Free database platform, free data profiling tool and free pattern analysis tools from Oracle, Talend and Data Quality Pro
• A sample data set in various formats from a real life property database
• A full 21 page tutorial with step-by-step instructions for all abilities

Now I DO have something to do tonight :-)
